If the interest rate or unemployment goes up, house prices decline. If there is a trend on Tiktok for Bubble Tea, demand for and prices of Bubble Teas goes up. By defining relationships between goods and services - and leveraging real time data from APIs - one can with a reasonable degree of certainty say what will happen.
